Bruce KingBruce is a native of Arizona. He grew up helping to run family businesses: a children’s summer camp in Colorado and horseback riding stables in Santa Clarita, CA. He had responsibilities as a youth beyond that of most teenagers and gained invaluable experience in customer service and in management. For most of his early adulthood, Bruce was a career U.S. Army officer, retiring in 1995 at the rank of Major, and returning to his native Arizona. Between 1995 and 2002 he served as a corporate executive (CFO, CEO and Board Member) of several small private companies. In 2002 he was recruited to be a Mortgage Loan Officer, and worked in that field for 8 years. He was one of the top producing loan officers in Arizona, earning top producer awards from two of the largest mortgage banks in the state. In 2010, Bruce decided to become a Realtor. He joined a company that specializes in residential investment properties and his career quickly took off. He almost immediately gained the confidence of investors. He also has helped many families buy and sell homes in the valley, using his experience in negotiations to help families get the most value in their transactions. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, Bruce ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents in Arizona. His experience as a leader and as a manager have helped him build a top notch team, enabling him to provide concierge service to clients who want the benefit of someone who has broad experience and a good book of contacts for services needed.

Bruce is a family man. He has been married to his sweetheart Kathy for nearly 40 years. They have 5 children and 15 grandchildren. Bruce also is very active in the community, serving as a volunteer for various charities and as youth leader and teacher for his church. Bruce is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
